We were just gonna do each other's OCs, butttt... I wanted to add a little something something as a surprise. C:
In this case, it's Sailor Saban, the widely UNpopular American version of Sailor Moon. She does have a certain charm though. 
The other character is crazylegz42's Megaman OC, Arena.
I find Sailor Saban's left arm a little warped... BUT YEAH IT'S OK. ;_; And what a short skirt! lol
This was my first art trade and I must say it was PHUN.
