Well, I had fun makin' this!
I've had a random picture of this girl for a while now and decided to do something interesting with her. Thought I'd try my hand at creating an anime cel. I like how it turned out. 
As for who that girl is... don't ask. Even I don't know. X3 Maybe I'll add her in one of my comics somewhere...
